Custom and made-to-order work
Custom pieces are confirmed on an agreed specification — metal, karat, stones and size — before work starts. Set out here whether a deposit is required, how much, and at what point it stops being refundable.
Returns and exchanges
State the return window for stock pieces, the condition required, and what's excluded. Custom work, engraved items, resized rings and pierced earrings are commonly excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected by anything written here.
Repairs
Describe your turnaround, how quotes are approved before work begins, what happens to items left uncollected, and the limits of liability for existing wear or damage.
Buying gold
Explain what identification is required, how items are weighed and tested, and how the offer is calculated.
